Awesome character. One thing though. A 13 year old Jounin is a little much. Sure Kakashi did it but he was reaallly special, and I think it makes Ken to much of a god like character to have him be a Jounin at 13. I can see Chuunin at 13, or Jounin at at least 15, though.
