Kekkei Genkai: (Koudo) The members of the Mizu Joukei can make their eyes more advanced then the Byakugan! With this Kekkei Genkai, they can see perfectly in the dark, underwater, in smoke, and just about anything. Not only that, but they can tell how much chakra the opponent has left (Imagine the opponent just a outline, with a line about helfway up, and below it, filled in. That would tell the person who is using the Koudo, that the opponent has used 50% of his chakra. Some advanced users can also see the stamina this way.) The Koudo takes up an enormise amount of chakra though.

History: Nobody knows how this clan was formed. Some say it has always been there.

Dress: The members of the Mizu Joukei clan, normally wear black and white.

Other: All members of this clan have:
- Pale skin.
- White hair.
- Gold eyes.

One thing... in canon, the Byakugan was told to be the most powerful of the type of Kekkei Genkai you are talking about. If you mean this one gives you the ability to see better, but not a better advantage in a fight, then this is heartily approved, but if not it might be good to bring the Koudo down a little on the scale.

Yeah. The user is able to see better, but not fight better. Just tell how much chakra is left. Does have the upper-hand in underwater battles though (If the user has figured out how to breath underwater somehow. :p) because they can see clearly underwater.
